Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 4262 reviews.
I would highly recommend this Panda Drum to anyone (all ages). It’s relaxing and gives off good vibes no matter how you hit it. I’ve seen videos of these drums in the rain (the rain drops making music) and it’s absolutely delightful!! It’s definitely worth the investment. It’s a great ice breaker at ANY type of social gathering.
Well, this is from brief morning practices so i need much more work on my drum playing however i love to practice. The other day before teaching yoga i sat outside and a small group collected as i let the air hold "Amazing Grace" for awhile. Then we chatted about the beauty of when Obama sang that song and the world seemed happier and wiser... Thank you for this Panda Drum that i can add a bit of 'grace' and calming peace to this crazy time in 2026.
We absolutely love them. We have the mini and the pro! The mini is the perfect size for my son. He has five, it actually comes with easy songs to follow and we actually play those songs on both of our drums because they’re a lot easier to follow than the book that came with my Pro. We don’t really care for the finger pics that comes with the drums, but the mallet for the mini are great for my son and the sound is awesome for his little mini too!
I love my panda drum so much.... with its dress thus woven decorative that fits and matches beautifully 💓💫✨💃✨💫😄 OMG I can play any sounds and it soothe me immediately. I love the sounds of it. Why didn't I know this earlier? Thank you so much for creating this kinda stuffs for our soul. Blessings abound y'all💫
Great product and great customer service. Seller was very responsive with all questions I had. Additionally, I had to return two additional items I purchased just because I learned they were not needed; nothing was wrong with them. Bought 2nd one as gift for our daughter and her husband going through chemo. We thought the zen music would be soothing to him. They love it.
This color is completely different from the advertised color in the ad. The ad looked yellow and this is a dark khaki or brown lentils. This picture even makes it look brighter than it is. Very disappointing and then I could not get the return label to print in order to return it. So I am stuck giving this dull looking device to my grandbaby for Christmas. I’m sad.😔
I have not spent very much time playing it. I have sat and enjoyed making pretty, soothing sounds but I find the accompanying song book not to my liking. Too small for my old eyes (I'm 74). I am excited to own it.
I love my panda drum so much. I just can play it whatever sounds I love to hear and it is soothing to my soul immediately. It is truly a gift. Thank you so much . Blessings abound 💫
My grandkids absolutely love the panda drums. They’ll take them outside and all the Neighbor kids come over and play. They’re learning how to sound out songs, and we found some songs on the Internet that they can play. I had to buy two, of course! So that they could play together.
I set out my new Panda drum when my 2 year old grandson visited. He was mesmerized by the sounds. I do. However thank one of the tones is flat and I’m not quite sure if there’s anything I can do with that.
Been playing my Panda Drum off and on for several weeks. Discovering websites and YouTube videos that demonstrate and explain how to play steel tongue drums like the Panda Drum have helped immensely. I've gained the confidence to produce melodies without the aid of cheat sheets.
We love our panda drums! My husband & I both use the pro, my son has the mini. The Pro has a very robust sound, the mallets are great, the bamboo covers on them are nice. They help protect the drum from getting scratched and still provide a great sound. The books for songs that it come with are a little extensive & difficult to follow but truthfully, they are so fun & relaxing its not that big of deal.
I met a friend on the beach and we had a little drum / singing bowl meditation. I love my panda drum!!!!
Calming and fun for all ages. Easy to figure out. My family loves it.
I got this for my 7.5 and 2.5 year olds. I might have to buy another because they won’t share…worth it as an alternative to technology and toys. Plus they get to appreciate making music and being creative. I might dabble in some tunes myself.
He loves the sounds, especially the sticks.
My daughter was delighted with her Panda Drums. My grandson plays it as well. It's such a unique and peaceful gift that someone can enjoy and even travel with.
The Panda Drum Mini became such a special and meaningful part of my dad’s final days. My dad had suffered a stroke, and as his health continued to decline, our family wanted to surround him with love, peace, and comfort. One of the most beautiful moments was being able to play “Amazing Grace” for my dad on the Panda Drum while sitting beside him. The gentle, soothing sound created such a peaceful atmosphere and gave me a way to express the love and emotions that words simply couldn’t capture. Along with my singing bowl, the Panda Drum helped create a calming and peaceful environment as we sat with my dad during his final moments. Being able to make music for him and simply be present by his side was an incredibly meaningful gift. I will forever cherish the memory of playing for my dad and surrounding him with love, music, and peace. The Panda Drum Mini will always hold a very special place in my heart because of that experience. 🤍🕊️🙏
My kindergarten students are LOVING this drum. I appreciate the high quality and sound because I can walk away and work with other students while the musicians can be joyfully independent.
I have no musical abilities, but this is very easy and simple to learn to play. I'm enjoying it!
Unfortunately, this product didn’t quite live up to the sounds I heard in the ads. To me, some of the notes sound noticeably out of tune, which was disappointing. That said, the customer service was absolutely amazing! From ordering and delivery to the replacement process, everything was handled so smoothly. Sarah was especially wonderful and so helpful throughout the whole process. ❤️ However, despite the great customer service, I don’t feel the product itself is worth the price. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t what I was hoping for. :(
I have zero musical training and experience. I wanted to try this drum to see if I can get anything out of it and myself. So far so good. There are some tones I did not like making but overall it's great and very easy to play! If I continue I may as well master it and play at a local cafe!
It is a wonderful drum. Quality is great, just have had enough time to play with it.
Unfortunately for nearly $100 the quality was lacking. The octaves weren’t clean nor accurate. And the tabs made a buzzing dissonant sound. The customer service was great as they sent another one free of charge. Unfortunately that one was worse. And I haven’t heard back from them despite sending the video. The numbers were in the wrong spots.
Been loving the sound and using it in my sound baths.
My autistic son loves it. This was Christmas morning. His first time playing.
My grandson loves it, I do too. We don’t have the hang of it yet but, we’re trying. I don’t regret buying it.
My two-year-old grandson loved it and he’s been playing with it so much. He has meltdowns where he just lays on the floor and cries but since I got this for him, we hand it to him,he sits up and he starts playing with it and it takes him out of the meltdown. I think it was well worth the money and it was the best thing I could’ve bought him thank you.
I love it and so do my nieces and nephew. My son has also taken a liking to it. It’s relaxing and enjoyable to chill out. I wish the book was bigger so I don’t need to read small print. Any way to do that??
We have twin autistic boys that are 5. They love these but most of all. I love them. They are able to drum on something and it not rack my nerves. So Thank you Thank You Thank You. I have enjoyed playing with them also.
Great Enjoyment with children.
Just wanted you to know that they smell horribly of mold. Now after removing them from shipping boxes. I just want to return them. My daughter is expressing no interest in them at all...
My grandchildren love it.
It sounds good and makes me feel good
Already loving the look and feel of it! Can't wait to really get my time in and play these instrumentals!!!
Gave a panda drum to my grandson and within a week his father was playing a tune and my grandson started singing! His parents tell me he loves playing it. Gave one to my granddaughter too and her parents say she loves it. Now my husband and brother want one!
Awesome instrument FELL IN LOVE WITH THE UNIQUE SOUNDS.
Fun
Love my panda drum. It is very relaxing and calming. I have a new hobby that I am enjoying.
Beautiful sound!
