We love the Panda drums we bought, especially the large one. I have an adult son who studied music composition in college and he got right to it. The tone of the drum is beautiful and truly has a relaxing sound. I also have two children with special needs and they respond with joy to the sound! And, anyone can play it and enjoy it! But I must also make mention of the exemplary customer service. The zipper for one of the cases arrived broken. I emailed, received a very timely response, sent a photo of the problem and almost immediately a new case was sent to me. AND, the customer service rep continued to email me as she tracked the delivery to ensure that it arrived, which it did, and in no time at all. Seriously, I think this was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever received! I’m just pleased with everything! Beautiful, quality instrument, and top-notch customer service. Thank you!

My grandchildren and I are enjoying the large and mini panda drums together! They get so excited when it’s panda time and they stay engaged for as long as I allow them to play them. They will skip watching TV, playing on the IPAD or handheld games to create their own songs on the drums! Best investment I ever made that gives me special time with the grandkids!

The children at my childcare center are loving their drum. The ask to play it all day. I have enjoyed watching them play and sing. They are also using it as a attention getter and the kids love this.

Enjoying the print book- I enlarged the page that I am learning so it’s easier to follow. There is no bad practice- everything sounds so beautiful. My playing is at my own slow speed- and that’s lovely for me! Loving my music time with Panda! The drums are quality in every respect!

Did not receive this. My credit card showed I was charged for an additional fee beyond the two drums I ordered. But I did not receive a third package. I have now traveled with the smaller of the two drums in my luggage, as a gift for granddaughter, but am sad the physical song book I thought I was receiving does not exist. And since I never order things to download, because my eyes and I don’t do well with such info, AND my phone does not have space available, anyway… I would like to be refunded that money .

I ordered the Pro since I have some musical experience. It is beautiful and I love the sound quality. However, it is not easy to play. My daughter printed up some sheet music for the 11 note drum and we are using that. It’s more demanding to learn than is portrayed in the ads.
